EXAMINATION ENTRY FORMS FOR THE FOURTH YEAR SECOND SEMESTER 2023/2024

EXAMINATION ENTRY FORMS

Students are kindly requested to obtain their examination entry forms for the 4th Year 2nd Semester 2023/2024 from the Faculty of Arts & Culture, Eastern University, Sri Lanka. The completed forms should be handed over to the Dean, Faculty of Arts & Culture on or before 30th June 2026.

REPEAT CANDIDATES

Students who are required to repeat the examinations are kindly requested to submit their completed examination entry forms along with the receipt for payment.
