Call for Applications: Faculty Award

FACULTY AWARD – 2019/2020 Special Batch, 2020/2021 General Batch

Applications are hereby invited from eligible graduates of the Faculty of Arts and Culture for the Faculty Award for the Academic Year 2019/2020 Special Batch and 2020/2021 General Batch.

The Faculty Award is intended to recognize outstanding students who have demonstrated excellence in both academic and extracurricular activities. Selection will be based on academic achievements, leadership, community service, sports, aesthetic and technical talents, creativity, research activities, and other recognized accomplishments.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants should:

• Be registered undergraduate students of the Faculty of Arts and Culture.
• Have completed all academic requirements of the relevant year, including compulsory courses.
• Have obtained a GPA of 3.30 or above in each semester of the relevant academic year.
• Have no disciplinary record.
• Not have improved grades through repeated examinations/modules.

Application Procedure

1. Submit the completed application form together with certified copies of all supporting documents.
2. Obtain certification of the application from the relevant Academic Adviser/Mentor.
3. Submit the application through the Head of Department to the Dean’s Office on or before 07.09.2026 at 1.30 p.m.
4. Shortlisted applicants may be required to appear for an interview before the Selection Committee.
